1. This year Yom Kippur was a source of spiritual energy for me, probably also physical energy.

   That was not always true for me in previous years, when it felt like it was draining my energy.

   This year I prepared for Yom Kippur by praying many times in advance that all Jews all around the world be granted a very very easy fast, regardless of their gender, location, age, language, ancestry, mitzvah obervance or beliefs.

   It seems that this prayer always works for me, except when I forget to recite it, which ususally means a difficult Yom Kippur for me.
